Troubleshooting Flow
1. What set of procedures are you using? Are there any procedures available?
2. Are you following the procedures that you have? Are the procedures you have current?
3. Are you sure you're answering 1 & 2 fully and honestly?
4. Have you looked at the system description?
5. Is the system working as designed instead of how you think it should work?
If things are stiff AFU:
6. Is your system installed correctly with required supporting software?
7. Are the parts connected to your system in good working order and compatible with your version of hardware/software?
8. Is it possible to replace system components with known good components?
If all the above don't get you anywhere:
9. Your system in all liklihood is AFU.
10. Send the system back to where it came from or get the designer/manufacturer to fix it. It's not worth your time and effort.
